Chris Donaldson

Chris began his career at Kantar Health (formerly TNS Healthcare) as a graduate in 1997 delivering international primary market research studies for the life science sector. Despite working on all aspects of primary market research he knew his passion lay more in creativity and design and he increasingly focused on exploring ways to improve the delivery of data and information. Despite this passion, Chris remained involved in the management and delivery of research for the first 15 years of his career ensuring that ideas to improve deliverables remained focussed on the needs of research clients.

 

In 2012 he left day-to-day research and, alongside Tom and Lee, founded the Client Impact team in the UK with the goal of improving client deliverables. He was a member of the global leadership team at Kantar Health from 2019 with a specific remit of creating more engaging communication within the organisation and improving the quality and consistency of client deliverables globally.

Tom Williams

Tom started his career as a software developer, working on data warehousing and business intelligence projects. An interest in design and data visualisation led to a move from back end to front end, and from there Tom became immersed first in how to best convey messages using standard and bespoke visualisations. This then broadened into how businesses can more effectively communicate with their internal and external clients, and ensure greater lasting impact, through their brand and their materials.

 

With extensive experience and proven design leadership to create impact with clients and convey complex concepts and information in innovative, creative and engaging ways, Tom’s ultimate goal for his work is to positively impact a business in a way that helps drive satisfaction and supports growth.

Lee Masters

Lee studied at the Epsom School of Art & Design, with a focus on graphic design and visual communications. Since starting at Taylor Nelson (TNS) and then at Kantar Health, he has over 30 years experience in creating high quality,bespoke deliverables that create lasting impact for clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry. His passion lies in using clean, elegant design to bring clarity and impact across the lifecycle of projects, from proposal, to pitch, to final deliverables. Since Chris, Tom and Lee became the Client Impact Team in 2011, they have worked together to produce infographics and industry presentations , through to videos and animations, corporate rebrands and data visualisation workshops.
